PXIL offers Three types of membership in Physical Market Segment and REC
Sr No Type of Membership Description
1. Trading-cum-Clearing Member (TCM) Entitled to trade and clear, both for themselves and / or on behalf of their clients.
2. Trading and Self-Clearing Member (TSCM) Entitled to trade and clear for themselves only.
3. Advisory Member (AM) Entitled to provide support Services to its Clients but shall not be entitled to either trade or clear.
Eligibility

  1. Trading-cum-Clearing Member (TCM)

    The membership can be taken by those who are electricity traders.

  2. Trading and Self-Clearing Member (TSCM)

    The membership can be taken by those who are distribution licensee including deemed distribution licensee or a grid connected entity.

  3. Advisory Member (AM)

    The membership can be taken by those who are neither electricity traders nor distribution licensee including deemed distribution licensee or grid connected entities.
