* Service Tax 12.36% is inclusive of Service Tax @ 12.00% on fees,Education Cess @ 2.00% on Service Tax Amount and Higher & Secondary Education Cess @ 1.00% on Service Tax Amount. **Networth requirement shall not be applicable for applicants, applying only for REC, who have been granted ‘Certificate of Accreditation’ by designate agencies as stipulated in the CERC notification No. L-1/12/2010-CERC, dated: 14th, January, 2010. ***As per Circular 79, dated 29th March 2012, Membership fees for clients of Trading and Clearing Member (TCM), and Trading and Self Clearing Member Plus (TSCM-P) i.e. Clients of AM’s be waived off for REC only till further notice.Apart from the processing fee of  5000/-, an amount of 1,00,000/-( One Lakh) would be payable along with the application for TCM or TSCM or AM, which would be adjusted against one time fee/ annual fee on successful grant of membership. In the event that the membership is not approved, the sum of 1,00,000/- ( One Lakh) would be refunded to the applicant. All balance fees including Interest Free Security Deposit (IFSD) has to be given at the time of approval of membership. Click here to download the above fee structure.
