Union Power Minister Shri Sushilkumar Shinde dedicates National Load Despatch Centre to the Nation

Union Power Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde dedicated the National Load Despatch Centre (NLDC) of the Power Grid Corporation of India to the nation, Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Shinde announced that the NLDC would facilitate optimal exchange of power between regions.
With the NLDC in place, he said, grid security at the national level would improve considerably providing real time information at one centralised location. Mr. Shinde congratulated Power Grid for creating the facility, the Minister said the public sector unit stands tall as one of the largest transmission utilities in the world and is well known for its operational excellence and timely execution of transmission projects.
